- Independent, structured, systematic, diligent, and solution-oriented approach
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- French language skills are beneficial but not a must
- Willingness to travel abroad and visit project sites
- Communicative, responsible, ready to travel abroad, and advanced user of MS Office
Aufgaben
- Develop and design hydropower plants
- Prepare feasibility studies and technical reports
- Create engineering drawings and cost estimates
- Draft specifications and project documentation
- Provide technical expertise for studies and design
- Support tendering and implementation of projects
- Offer technical support during bidding and procurement
- Assist during construction phases
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with field teams
- Ensure quality of design tasks and deliverables
- Manage overall project execution
- Support business development in hydropower
- Elaborate technical and financial proposals
- Negotiate contracts and finalize signatures
- Work collaboratively with project teams
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders about project status
- Promote a positive work environment and knowledge sharing
