In this role, you will design and analyze hydraulic and pneumatic systems for cutting-edge UAV technology. You will collaborate with multiple teams to meet project requirements while also supporting component selection and system testing.

Anforderungen

  • •Aerospace or mechanical engineering degree or similar (M.Sc./M.Eng.)
  • •Experience in designing hydraulic or pneumatic systems for aerospace applications
  • •Inter-disciplinary knowledge across all aerospace engineering fields
  • •Experience with CAD software (preferably Autodesk Inventor or PTC CREO)
  • •Basic programming skills in Python, C/C++
  • •Extensive and inter-disciplinary knowledge across all aerospace engineering fields
  • •Excellent analytical and interdisciplinary skills
  • •Fluent in English, German desirable
  • •Proactive mindset, high level of motivation, flexibility, perseverance, and teamwork ability
  • •Work experience in a start-up environment is an advantage

Aufgaben

  • •Design hydraulic and pneumatic systems for a two-stage winged hypersonic UAV
  • •Analyze and simulate hydraulic and pneumatic systems for HYTEV
  • •Communicate with various disciplines to ensure compliance with requirements
  • •Select components and assist in procurement
  • •Support testing and verification of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
