Aufgaben
- Act as technical expert for switching operations and power system control
- Ensure safe, standardized, and efficient operations
- Continuously improve operational processes and technical capabilities
- Provide expert guidance and technical support to HV Operators
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of high- and medium-voltage network control systems
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of wind turbine monitoring
- Continuously improve associated operational processes
- Coordinate day-to-day grid operations with stakeholders
- Define, implement, and optimize processes for switching permits
- Define, implement, and optimize processes for switching programs
- Define, implement, and optimize operational and work authorization procedures
- Act as deputy for the Head of the Control Room
- Serve as extended arm of the Lead Responsible Electrical Person
- Ensure implementation and adherence to REP requirements and standards
- Provide technical guidance and coaching for HV Operators
- Foster best practice sharing and operational excellence
- Plan and deliver training, qualification, and development programs
- Contribute to knowledge building and capability development
- Lead SCADA and control system implementation projects
- Lead commissioning of new wind farms
- Lead introduction of new SCADA systems and operational tools
- Act as primary contact for IT/OT and external service providers
- Facilitate integration of new wind farms
- Analyze operational events, complex faults, and deviations
- Derive sustainable improvement measures
- Provide support for day-to-day switching operations
