In this role, you will manage the full spectrum of personnel administration, from onboarding to offboarding, while also supporting employee appraisals and recruitment efforts. Anforderungen
- •Completed commercial training in human resources or degree in human resources management
- •At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in operational human resources
- •Good knowledge of labor law, including Unfair Dismissal Protection Act, Maternity Protection Act, Federal Leave Act, Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act
- •Independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work
- •Independent, precise, and detail-oriented working style
- •Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
- •Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with SAP or comparable HR system

- •Create and prepare evaluations and statistics for HR reporting
