- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Business fluent English skills

- Monitor HubSpot and connected system data synchronization
- Troubleshoot data synchronization issues
- Implement proactive improvements for data synchronization
- Design scalable marketing and system automation solutions
- Collaborate with developers, system owners, and business stakeholders
- Analyze data models and identify inconsistencies
- Maintain high data-quality standards across systems
- Implement data optimization measures
- Document processes, workflows, and system behavior for team knowledge
