Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • •Minimum 2 years experience with Master's or 4 years experience with Bachelor's
  • •Hands-on experience with automated laboratory equipment
  • •Foundational knowledge of organic chemistry
  • •Knowledge of chemical reaction optimization
  • •Experience with statistical Design of Experiments (DoE) principles/software
  • •Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools
  • •Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • •Execute HTE campaigns for chemical reaction screening
  • •Optimize automated laboratory systems for operational excellence
  • •Conduct a variety of chemical experiments from milligram to decagram scale
  • •Utilize advanced robotic and automation platforms for reactions under pressure
  • •Collaborate with project teams on experimental design
  • •Analyze and document screening results rigorously
  • •Troubleshoot and maintain HTE instrumentation as a super-user
  • •Evaluate new technologies to improve automation workflows
  • •Identify bottlenecks and optimize protocols for efficiency
  • •Train and supervise junior associates or interns
  • •Promote a culture of safety, precision, and collaboration
  • •Document and present work meticulously to project teams
