HTE Principal Associate/Scientist in Process Chemistry & Catalysis(m/w/x)

Aufgaben
- Execute HTE campaigns for chemical reaction screening
- Optimize automated laboratory systems for operational excellence
- Conduct a variety of chemical experiments from milligram to decagram scale
- Utilize advanced robotic and automation platforms for reactions under pressure
- Collaborate with project teams on experimental design
- Analyze and document screening results rigorously
- Troubleshoot and maintain HTE instrumentation as a super-user
- Evaluate new technologies to improve automation workflows
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize protocols for efficiency
- Train and supervise junior associates or interns
- Promote a culture of safety, precision, and collaboration
- Document and present work meticulously to project teams
