- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and drive results
Aufgaben
- Implement and improve HSE and Sustainability management systems
- Manage health, safety, and environmental documentation
- Assess compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Prepare accurate HSE reports and performance overviews
- Draft instructions and internal rulebooks for local operations
- Roll out and monitor various HSE standards
- Participate in national HSE community initiatives
- Organize and conduct specialized HSE training sessions
- Examine workplace conditions regarding noise and chemical exposure
- Manage occupational hygiene and radiation protection topics
- Maintain chemical inventories and MSDS lists
- Coordinate waste disposal and follow-up documentation
- Assist with PFAS and REACH SVHC assessments
- Update the Red Online system with local legislation
