Anforderungen
- Degree or vocational qualification in Health & Safety, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Several years of HSE experience in industrial setting, familiar with wind energy sector or ready to build knowledge
- Solid grasp of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, experience conducting risk assessments and identifying hazards, applying EU HSE regulations
- Experience in contractor and subcontractor management, ideally knowledge of contract management
- Understanding of commercial drivers, ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions
- Effective communication across all levels, ability to simplify complex ideas, advanced negotiation skills
- Strong network building, effective collaboration in international teams, high cultural awareness
- Initiative, solutions-focused mindset, clear and transparent communication, taking on important issues in difficult situations
- Fluency in English, German speaking is a plus
Aufgaben
- Promote HSE excellence by reinforcing safe actions and accountability.
- Oversee contractor HSE governance, ensuring adherence to requirements and standards.
- Partner with Procurement, SQD, CPX, Service Operations, and HSE teams.
- Coordinate contractor HSE performance and ensure alignment.
- Analyze audit results, field observations, and performance data.
- Turn insights into practical improvement plans.
- Track contractor performance and implement corrective measures.
- Support cross-functional collaboration and best-practice sharing.
