In this role, you will be the go-to person for employees' HR questions, managing inquiries through various channels and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee data and creating essential documents, while collaborating with the team to enhance HR processes.

Anforderungen

• •Business studies with a focus on human resources or hands-on experience in human resources
• •Solution-oriented, self-organized, supportive of team questions, and knowledge sharing
• •Strong communication and customer orientation skills
• •Familiarity with administrative environments and PC-savvy; experience in Workday, Service Now, and MS Office tools
• •Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English

Aufgaben

• •Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
• •Address employee HR concerns via ticket system, chat, and calls
• •Forward inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary
• •Advise on HR processes and ensure adherence to HR policies
• •Maintain employee data in HRM systems like Workday, Service Now, and SAP
• •Create various documents, including certificates and job references
• •Collaborate with the team to standardize HR processes
• •Engage in best practice sharing and process optimization
