- Governance, change adoption, and incident triage
- Experience in end-to-end HR projects
- Change leadership in matrixed environments
- Bachelor of Applied Sciences or equivalent
- Swiss HR, Payroll, and Insurance credentials
- Native-level German communication skills
- Fluent English for global collaboration
Aufgaben
- Lead the HR Operations and Site Administration team
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycles from onboarding to offboarding
- Oversee payroll, benefits, contracts, and time-off management
- Ensure full compliance with Swiss federal and cantonal laws
- Act as the primary contact for government authorities
- Modernize HR systems and roll out digital tools
- Design service catalogues and define clear SLAs
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready HR data and privacy standards
- Monitor KPIs and translate feedback into process improvements
- Manage external vendors for payroll and social insurance
- Lead strategic projects to enhance self-service capabilities
- Advise the Head of HR on risks and resourcing
- Coordinate reception services across four business units
