Aufgaben
- Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and senior leaders
- Provide expert HR advice and find solutions
- Lead HR activities across the full employee lifecycle
- Ensure a high-quality employee experience
- Lead and advise on complex employee relations matters
- Manage performance, disciplinary processes, grievances, and investigations
- Oversee organisational change and terminations
- Ensure HR practices comply with German employment legislation
- Manage Works Council requirements, consultation, and engagement
- Coach and support managers on people management capability
- Improve manager performance and address employee issues
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organisational design
- Support succession, talent, and broader people priorities
- Oversee recruitment activities with hiring managers and partners
- Ensure an engaging onboarding experience for new starters
- Oversee monthly payroll changes and compensation/benefits processes
- Ensure accuracy, controls, and timely delivery of payroll
- Analyse HR data, workforce trends, and key people metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations from HR data
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and process improvements
- Contribute to policy development and organisational development initiatives
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and HR colleagues
