In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing HR operations by supporting recruitment, payroll, and employee inquiries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with HR teams and optimizing processes to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Anforderungen

• •Completed commercial apprenticeship or further qualification as a Certified HR Specialist
• •At least two years of professional experience in a similar HR role
• •Strong commitment to employee and organizational needs
• •Familiarity with labor and tariff law
• •Excellent interpersonal skills
• •Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP HR and Workday
• •Fluency in German and solid English skills

Aufgaben

• •Support the Head of HR and HR Generalists in operational and administrative tasks
• •Assist with recruitment and contract preparation
• •Prepare reference letters and manage employee data using Workday and SAP HR
• •Collaborate with the Payroll Partner for timely payroll execution
• •Prepare HR-related statistics and reports
• •Assist with various administrative tasks within the department
• •Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization
• •Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters
