Anforderungen
- •Degree in business administration, relevant professional experience, or comparable commercial training
- •Practical professional experience as HR generalist or similar role
- •Ideal familiarity with operational HR and recruiting
- •Proficiency in common HR systems, ideally Workday, DATEV, and time tracking tools
- •Clear communication, structured work, hands-on mentality, and organizational skills
- •Fluent German and solid English skills

- •Manage the entire payroll process using DATEV
- •Generate reports, applications, and statistics from DATEV
- •Create A1 forms and payment certificates for authorities
- •Recruit industrial personnel through sourcing and pre-selection
- •Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
- •Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to departure
- •Manage operational HR processes and employee development
- •Coordinate training, further education, and compensation programs
- •Collaborate trustfully with the works council and interest groups
- •Handle administrative tasks for daily HR operations
