- Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
- Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to departure
- Manage operational HR processes and employee development
- Coordinate training, further education, and compensation programs
- Collaborate trustfully with the works council and interest groups
- Handle administrative tasks for daily HR operations
