- Monitor operational KPIs closely

- Develop corrective measures for performance gaps
- Contribute financial insights in management meetings
- Produce monthly and annual financial statements
- Prepare regular P&L forecasts
- Coordinate the annual operational planning process
- Review and analyze CAPEX requests
- Perform payback and profitability analyses
- Support the investment approval process
- Monitor adherence to tax regulations
- Ensure compliance with internal governance guidelines
