Anforderungen
- Knowledge of national and international labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies
- Ability to analyze and interpret HR data
- Experience in planning and executing HR projects and initiatives
- Expertise in the entire recruitment process
- Knowledge in conducting performance evaluations and developing employee development plans
- Understanding of compensation systems and employee benefits
