Aufgaben
- Administer the time and absence management system
- Manage the HR mailbox and employee inquiries
- Maintain personnel files and purchase orders
- Generate various HR reports
- Submit required documentation to local authorities
- Issue employment letters and specialized documents
- Collaborate with global HR and internal departments
- Resolve issues escalated by the HR Support Centre
- Coordinate with Payroll for monthly reviews
- Maintain HR templates and intranet information
- Administer local benefits and vendor relationships
- Support employee communications and policy rollouts
- Assist with well-being and DEIB initiatives
- Execute local and global HR projects
- Deputize for the HR Business Partner as needed
