- •University degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- •Typically 8+ years of selling experience
- •Solid experience in selling with partners
- •Awareness of technology trends and Backup/Disaster Recovery
- •Strong sales acumen and relationship building
- •Strategic account management and financial fundamentals
- •Knowledge of Storage and Data Protection solutions
- •Understanding of Partner industry and channel
- •Strong partnering acumen and relationship building
- •Understanding of financial accounting concepts
- •Ability to forecast sales and bridge gaps
- •Professional communication and C-Level negotiation skills
- •Effective time management and deadline adherence
- •Creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking
- •Very good public speaking and presentation skills
- •Business proficiency in English and German
- •Accountability, active learning, and complex sales
