- Deep understanding of full health insurance lifecycle
- Domain expertise inside and out
- Experience across 2+ health insurance functions

- Experience in fast-paced environment
- Hands-on and results-oriented

- Understanding of process connections and automation

Aufgaben
- Transform the health insurance industry through technology
- Support product team with health insurance expertise
- Translate health insurance processes into product requirements
- Validate and define business rules and workflow logic
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Design for maximum Straight-Through Processing (STP)
- Define automation rules and exception handling flows
- Ensure product reflects business operations
- Translate regulatory and policy requirements into system logic
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Bridge Product, Engineering, and Business teams
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Support GTM, sales, and pre-sales efforts
