- Propose solutions to business problems
- Plan and design simple to moderately complex business processes
- Plan and design simple to moderately complex system modifications
- Gather business requirements
- Analyze business requirements
- Document business requirements
- Create test case scenarios
- Support business application testing
- Draft user stories
- Draft business requirements documentation
- Support QA, UAT, and project release phases
- Contribute to time estimations
- Contribute to procedural documentation
- Help others understand mobile/web app technical aspects
- Mentor other analysts
- Oversee other analysts' work as needed
