- Define the creator seeding strategy and guide agency execution
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends and turn platform updates into growth opportunities
- Drive new customer acquisition through TikTok Shop and scalable growth initiatives
- Increase awareness for hero categories through impactful content and creator strategies
- Work with Performance Marketing to amplify top-performing creator content
- Own the TikTok Shop P&L across all markets
- Manage budgets and allocate investments for maximum commercial impact
- Ensure TikTok Shop contributes to Strategic Growth Model targets
- Set the strategic direction for agency partners
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous optimization
- Align TikTok Shop initiatives with the D2C commercial calendar
- Collaborate closely with Influencer, Creative, and Performance teams
- Work with international stakeholders to localize and scale the strategy
