- Experience leading teams or managing complex service-delivery environments
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (DORA, VAIT, financial sector)
- Experience building risk management frameworks or managed services
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related field
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder-management abilities
- Strategic approach with hands-on task capability
- Proficiency in communication, facilitation, and conflict management
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with GRC tools (OpenPages, ServiceNow, or similar)
- Interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT)
- Interest and affinity for Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)

- Lead global TPRM service and team
- Shape TPRM 'Service as a Service' model
- Develop TPRM operating model
- Guide continuous improvement of TPRM framework
- Oversee full TPRM lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with Allianz TPRM policies
- Manage risk and control assessments
- Maintain transparent inventory of third-party arrangements
- Serve as central TPRM governance function
- Provide expert guidance on complex TPRM topics
- Conduct TPRM maturity assessments
- Ensure quality assurance and control
- Ensure efficient TPRM operational delivery
- Manage complex risk issues
- Promote TPRM standardization and automation
- Establish TPRM dashboards
- Prepare TPRM assurance and regulatory reports
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Build relationships with global partners
