- Lead delivery of complex partner projects
- Support partners from onboarding through go-live
- Serve as the primary external point of contact
- Facilitate collaboration between partners and internal teams
- Manage end-to-end technical integration cycles
- Scope requirements and plan project timelines
- Coordinate testing and stakeholder alignment
- Execute go-live strategies for technical projects
- Facilitate technical workshops and documentation
- Guide partners through real-time API products
- Remove internal blockers and align priorities
- Share partner insights to improve integration tools
