- Previous leadership experience
- Knowledge of transportation industry standards (desirable)
Aufgaben
- Lead and motivate Technical Product Managers and Integrations Analysts
- Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities
- Automate and innovate the existing API product inventory
- Scope and manage the onboarding of new carriers
- Lead and challenge strategic decision-making
- Improve team processes, including Jira and reporting
- Build relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders
- Prioritize the product roadmap effectively
- Guide junior colleagues to deliver the right products
- Integrate external systems and harmonize data structures
- Build revenue-increasing products for carriers
