Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related technical/scientific discipline
- At least 10 years progressive leadership experience in global end-to-end Supply Chain management
- Experience in international manufacturing environment, preferably food ingredients, bio-based products, or process industries
Aufgaben
- Define and execute integrated Group Supply Chain strategy, policies, and processes
- Ensure operational reliability, responsiveness, and efficiency across all sites and businesses
- Lead, develop, and inspire the global Supply Chain organisation
- Foster a high-performance culture, transparency, and collaboration
- Establish and drive a unified Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework
- Optimise capacity utilisation, inventory, and customer service levels
- Lead the implementation of a best-in-class, data-driven S&OP process
- Drive advanced forecasting capabilities, including AI-enabled planning tools
- Establish robust governance, processes, data standards, and KPIs
- Ensure successful deployment and adoption of Südzucker Group digital Supply Chain solutions
- Drive product portfolio optimisation by supporting product profitability analysis
- Support portfolio harmonisation and standardisation of product specifications and quality
- Define, monitor, and continuously improve global Supply Chain performance
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Lead the harmonisation and optimisation of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL operations
- Develop and oversee risk-based Supply Chain management and business continuity strategies
- Contribute to the Group's strategic planning process
- Support five-year business plans, CAPEX and OPEX planning, and investment decisions
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Board and Product Line leaders
- Optimise end-to-end value chain performance by synchronising demand, planning, inventory, and supply
