In this role, you will oversee the global Scale-Up Steering Model, ensuring consistency across production sites while leading local specialists. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing recipe transfers, driving quality in first production runs, and collaborating with teams to enhance processes and standards.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Food Technology, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or comparable technical discipline
• •8–10 years of professional experience in Process Technology, Production Management or R&D Industrialization
• •At least 5 years of leadership experience ideally within a matrix organization
• •Profound knowledge of SAP PP-PI and MES systems
• •Strong understanding of industrial scale-up processes, master data governance and manufacturing execution
• •Confident decision-maker with ability to balance global standards and local operational realities
• •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and regions

Aufgaben

• •Define and enforce the global Scale-Up Steering Model
• •Ensure standardized blueprints and consistent process execution across all production sites
• •Provide functional leadership to local Scale-Up Specialists
• •Align global standards with local operational execution
• •Approve or reject deviations from global scale-up standards
• •Manage the physical transfer of recipes from Master Recipes into first production
• •Lead First Production runs to meet quality standards
• •Serve as gatekeeper for industrial feasibility of new technologies
• •Consult on the Process Data Package and validate process parameters after equipment commissioning
• •Collaborate with the Head of Recipe Management to validate Resource Operation Standards
• •Ensure technical attributes are enforceable on the shop floor
• •Define mandatory Master Data requirements and ensure accuracy during implementation
• •Track and drive key functional KPIs, focusing on First Time Right and Yield
• •Establish a feedback loop to the Recipe Desk for reporting deviations
• •Lead root-cause analyses for scale-up failures
• •Translate insights into sustainable improvements across the process
• •Shape recipe structures to embed Quality by Design
• •Provide feedback to Development teams and Global Recipe Management
