- •Experience building and leading teams of 5+ Account Executives, Sales Managers, or Account Managers
- •Several years of experience in B2B sales
- •Performance-driven operational skills
- •Leadership by example through individual contribution and structured feedback
- •Ability to translate data into decisions
- •CRM accuracy maintenance and sales hygiene enforcement
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- •Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland market and business landscape
- •Ability to thrive in unstructured, fast-moving environments

- •Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- •Achieve company sales goals and revenue targets
- •Own commercial performance in the UK & Ireland markets
- •Manage daily sales activity and quarterly revenue targets
- •Build and close deals to master products and pricing logic
- •Train and scale the UK & Ireland Growth team
- •Establish daily KPIs and conduct weekly reviews
- •Check monthly pipeline and forecast accuracy
- •Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- •Negotiate and close major deals with optimal terms
- •Enforce high Salesforce data standards
- •Improve sales processes with Revenue Operations and Sales Leaders
- •Report directly to leadership on operational performance
