Owning commercial performance for a next-gen supply chain platform in UK & Ireland, building deals with complex product and pricing logic. Experience building and leading 5+ person sales teams required. High autonomy in market strategy, hands-on leadership.
Anforderungen
- Experience building and leading teams of 5+ Account Executives, Sales Managers, or Account Managers
- Several years of experience in B2B sales
- Performance-driven operational skills
- Leadership by example through individual contribution and structured feedback
- Ability to translate data into decisions
- CRM accuracy maintenance and sales hygiene enforcement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland market and business landscape
- Ability to thrive in unstructured, fast-moving environments
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Achieve company sales goals and revenue targets
- Own commercial performance in the UK & Ireland markets
- Manage daily sales activity and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and close deals to master products and pricing logic
- Train and scale the UK & Ireland Growth team
- Establish daily KPIs and conduct weekly reviews
- Check monthly pipeline and forecast accuracy
- Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Negotiate and close major deals with optimal terms
- Enforce high Salesforce data standards
- Improve sales processes with Revenue Operations and Sales Leaders
- Report directly to leadership on operational performance
