Leading commercial expansion for a next-gen supply chain platform in Italy, building and scaling the Growth team. Experience building and leading 5+ person sales teams required. Full ownership of market expansion, entrepreneurial freedom.
Anforderungen
- Experience building and leading teams of 5+ Account Executives, Sales Managers, or Account Managers
- Several years of experience in B2B sales
- Ability to build pipeline discipline and track KPIs
- Ability to translate data into decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent Italian speaking skills
- Strong understanding of the Italian market and business landscape
- Ability to thrive in unstructured, fast-moving environments
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Own commercial performance in the Italian market
- Engage in hands-on deal building and closing
- Build, train, and scale the Italian Growth team
- Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Negotiate and close major deals with optimal terms
- Enforce high Salesforce data standards
- Continuously improve sales processes with peers
- Report directly to leadership on GTM strategy
