- 5+ years Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Building RevOps teams and operating models
- Experience in a rebuild scenario
- Deep understanding of funnel economics
- Turning metrics into action
- Experience with AI in revenue operations
- Implemented AI-driven forecasting, automation, or analytics tools
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts
- Clear view on autonomous workflows value
- Experience with modern GTM tech stacks
- Experience in platform or marketplace businesses
- Experience with multiple customer segments
- Fluent English
- German language skills
Aufgaben
- Rebuild RevOps function from the ground up
- Lead a team of RevOps specialists
- Own full revenue engine across Marketing, Sales, AM, and Customer Success
- Transition RevOps to AI-first operating model
- Develop and lead RevOps team with AI vision
- Own North Star Metric (Predictable Net Revenue Growth: NRR + New ARR)
- Establish KPI framework for revenue predictability, funnel health, customer retention, and operational efficiency
- Ensure GTM strategy reflects two-sided ecosystem
- Drive unified planning and shared SLAs
- Govern end-to-end lifecycle processes
- Build accurate forecasting and long-range revenue planning
- Shift toward AI-driven floor/ceiling models
- Develop Unified Revenue Data strategy with PlatformOps and BI
- Consolidate tech stack toward AI-capable platforms
- Evaluate and implement agentic automation
- Define AI adoption roadmap in RevOps
- Prioritize and sequence AI initiatives realistically
- Hold team accountable for AI delivery
