- Manage network cost structure (Opex & Capex)
- Drive operational efficiency within the network
- Oversee network output
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams
- Ensure team accountability for performance and results
- Drive network optimization
- Identify underperforming locations
- Execute data-driven actions for underperforming locations
- Act as the key interface between German operations and European HQ
- Ensure alignment between local execution and global strategy
- Steer major cost drivers
- Optimize major cost drivers
- Implement KPI-based performance management across the network
- Deliver fast execution of openings
- Deliver standardized execution of openings
- Deliver cost-efficient execution of openings
- Deliver fast execution of closures
- Deliver standardized execution of closures
