- PhD or equivalent in Computational Biology or related field
- Experience in quantitative analytics and leadership of diverse teams
- Experience with biomarker modeling and multi-omics integration
- Deep know-how and experience with AI/ML tools
- Preferably hands-on or oversight experience in QSP modelling
- Expertise in statistical modelling and ML for high-dimensional data
- Experience with scripting/coding languages such as R and Python
- Understanding of assay characteristics and data QC
- Ability to lead cross-functional science and set priorities
- Exceptional communication skills
Aufgaben
- Define and execute the Quantitative Biomarker Sciences strategy
- Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Establish standards for data modelling and code quality
- Develop statistical and machine learning models for biomarker datasets
- Co-lead QSP model development with the Pharmacometrics team
- Create AI/ML pipelines for tissue image analytics
- Oversee integrative analyses of multi-omics and clinical data
- Collaborate with clinical development and biostatistics departments
- Provide decision-oriented visualizations to study teams and partners
- Represent the company in external collaborations and consortia
