Anforderungen
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in food technology, science, or engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience in developing/implementing Quality Management Systems in retail/wholesale or production
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience in retail/wholesale or production
- Experience in auditing (internal or external)
- Experience in project management in QA
- Excellent technical/practical knowledge in HACCP, PRPs, Food Quality and Safety
- Lead or Internal auditor certification
- Excellent knowledge of METRO QA requirements (QA Manuals and Standards)
- Ability to see global picture and relevance of quality
- Quick, good, and strong comprehension
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written, presentation)
- Strong team orientation and intercultural sensitivity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good presentation skills (PowerPoint)
Aufgaben
- Maintain and improve METRO's Quality Management System via documentation
- Evaluate the QMS in all METRO entities through Global QA assessments
- Continually improve GQA QMS
- Develop and support digital tools for operational activities
- Ensure QA standards and procedures are up-to-date and comply with METRO QMS
- Lead Global Quality Assurance assessments across all METRO countries and entities
- Conduct assessor training and onboarding
- Lead calibration sessions for assessors
- Ensure timely reporting of assessment results to management
- Conduct at least eight GQA assessments annually as lead assessor
- Oversee store QA operations
- Evaluate and prepare in-house meat processing activities for approval
- Fulfill Regional QA responsibility for a cluster of METRO entities
- Provide functional support to implement GQA standards
- Maintain yearly KPIs
- Achieve QA objectives
- Deliver trainings to stakeholders
- Share expertise with internal and entity stakeholders
