- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI prompting tools
- Knowledge of foodservice industry is an asset

- Advise FSD top management on strategy development
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives
- Lead execution of strategic initiatives
- Steer performance of selected FSD companies
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Generate data-driven insights
- Implement targeted improvement measures
- Prepare and guide major investment decisions
- Ensure sound business case development
- Ensure execution readiness for investments
- Foster best practice sharing across FSD portfolio
- Promote knowledge sharing between FSD companies and METRO
- Identify and quantify synergy opportunities
- Drive integrated ways of working
- Promote operational excellence
- Contribute to FSD-related M&A projects
- Conduct commercial due diligence
- Assess synergy opportunities
- Plan post-transaction integration
- Provide expert commercial input for valuation models
- Lead post-merger integration of FSD companies
- Coordinate functional workstreams
- Ensure synergy realization
- Advance digital transformation of FSD companies
- Optimize key processes and tools
- Enhance performance management frameworks
- Establish and manage interfaces with METRO Corporate Functions
- Ensure alignment with METRO standards and guidelines
- Prepare and present project updates
- Present strategic insights to senior stakeholders
- Report to the METRO AG Board
