- Hands-on leadership - equally strategic and willing to get into details
- Exposure to regulated industries or RegTech / LegalTech platforms
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
Aufgaben
- Own the product vision and roadmap
- Translate regulatory and legal complexity into scalable product concepts
- Collaborate with C-Level executives, AI and software engineers, regulatory experts, and product owners
- Lead discovery and validation with enterprise customers
- Shape pricing, packaging, and positioning of new software features
- Drive collaboration with business and customer success teams for customer-centric delivery
- Build and mentor a high-performing product team
- Maintain delivery excellence by writing and reviewing PRDs
- Define success metrics and manage releases to ensure measurable outcomes
