As the Head of Product, you will take charge of the entire Certivity product ecosystem, guiding its vision and roadmap while collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that simplify regulatory compliance for clients.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum seven years of experience in product management or as Product Owner
• •Minimum three years of experience in people managing a product team
• •University degree in a STEM field
• •Experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment
• •Proven track record of proactively driving a product from early traction to repeatable growth
• •Experience shipping AI-assisted products or data-intensive platforms
• •Strong understanding of software and AI productization
• •Experience working with customers directly to align product decisions with go-to-market and sales strategies
• •Hands-on leadership - equally strategic and willing to get into details
• •Exposure to regulated industries or RegTech / LegalTech platforms
• •Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)

Aufgaben

• •Own the product vision and roadmap
• •Translate regulatory and legal complexity into scalable product concepts
• •Collaborate with C-Level executives, AI and software engineers, regulatory experts, and product owners
• •Lead discovery and validation with enterprise customers
• •Shape pricing, packaging, and positioning of new software features
• •Drive collaboration with business and customer success teams for customer-centric delivery
• •Build and mentor a high-performing product team
• •Maintain delivery excellence by writing and reviewing PRDs
• •Define success metrics and manage releases to ensure measurable outcomes
