• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated production
• Leadership experience managing large shift-based teams
• Experience with Lean Management and continuous improvement
• Understanding of GMP regulations and compliance
• Knowledge of production processes in GMP environment
• Familiarity with digital production management tools
• Ability to analyze KPIs and data

Aufgaben

• Lead a GMP-compliant production area
• Manage approximately 100 employees across multiple shifts
• Oversee visual inspection and bulk packaging
• Supervise blister packaging and printing processes
• Manage product treatments like coating and hardening
• Ensure adherence to global quality standards
• Implement Lean Management to optimize efficiency
• Monitor production KPIs and initiate corrective actions
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain
• Drive digitalization and process optimization projects
• Ensure staff training and GMP qualification
• Manage budgets and resource capacity planning
• Handle regulatory and customer audits
• Execute special projects for senior management
