- Successfully led complex initiatives with diverse stakeholders and integrated systems
- Balancing agility with structured execution
- Fluent English communication
- Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations with influence and empathy

- Lead strategic evolution of Transport and Customs products
- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team
- Rethink process chains for long-term impact
- Build and optimize next-generation transport systems
- Centralize capacity, promise, and cut-off exchanges
- Optimize customs services with advanced data modeling
- Foster a culture of excellence and shared ownership
- Translate business goals into operational plans
- Scale TMS systems using ML and data-driven capabilities
- Evolve team structures and career paths
- Define talent and resource deployment strategies
- Formulate multi-year product roadmap
- Ensure precise team execution
- Collaborate with operational and planning teams
- Make data-driven decisions
- Work with principal architects on architectural proposals
- Oversee creation of product roadmaps and documents
- Plan resource and capacity needs
- Build business cases for additional resources
