- Working backwards from customer understanding

- Expertise in driving alignment across organizations

- Expertise in strategic programs without direct authority
- Ability to spar with Principal Engineers on architecture
- Ability to spar with Principal Engineers on system design
- Ability to discuss partner performance and scalability

Aufgaben
- Oversee end-to-end digital partner journey
- Identify and resolve ecosystem friction points
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for cohesive partner experience
- Define vision and strategy for central AI Platform
- Build internal infrastructure for intelligent automation
- Ensure modular and extensible platform infrastructure
- Integrate with external partner systems via APIs
- Oversee roadmap for central products
- Translate technical trade-offs into business narratives
- Communicate with leadership and engineering
- Coach and mentor junior product colleagues
- Contribute to product craft leadership team
