Lead series production
Lead development of new instruments
Manage technical aspects throughout the product lifecycle
Ensure long-term and consistent product quality
Ensure stable and reliable series production
Ensure technical advancement of instruments
Lead a team of four employees
Drive professional and organizational development
Set clear team priorities
Improve team processes
Foster solution-oriented collaboration
Construct and verify prototypes
Transition devices from development to series production
Ensure compliance with product-specific requirements
Analyze specification deviations
Identify causes of deviations
Initiate sustainable improvement measures
Coordinate process and product changes
Manage activities across product, development, and production
Ensure efficient and structured implementation of technical changes
