- Oversee regional HR initiatives and follow up on the annual HR wheel
- Drive alignment and initiatives to meet business objectives
- Manage recruitment, talent management, and employee development
- Collaborate with workers councils
- Oversee P&C administration and track P&C budget
- Manage annual P&C processes
- Drive cross-company culture initiatives in collaboration with leadership teams
- Shape and drive the people agenda
- Create a positive employee experience through P&C initiatives
- Implement change management and communication strategies
- Work with global Centres of Excellence and Global P&C Directors
- Ensure consistent implementation of P&C initiatives
- Act as the P&C sparring partner for regional leadership teams
- Lead and drive local business transformation from a P&C perspective
- Increase organizational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and labor laws
- Align with company strategy, benefits, and culture
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization across countries
- Standardize benefits, systems, practices, processes, tools, and contracts
