Aufgaben
- Orchestrate a seamless patient experience from sign-up to medication management
- Champion the voice of the patient to improve satisfaction metrics
- Ensure safe, compliant, and timely prescription care for every patient
- Optimize clinical systems, protocols, and audits for better patient safety
- Guarantee timely and accurate prescription dispensing and delivery
- Collaborate on procurement strategy for generic medications and new partners
- Architect systems for day-to-day operations across HR, Finance, Legal, and Commercial
- Build workflows and tools to enhance clarity and accountability on KPIs
- Coordinate strategy planning, OKRs, and leadership meetings to drive performance
- Recruit and develop high-impact leaders in Germany
- Ensure delivery against all agreed SLAs and metrics for operational capabilities
- Drive team focus and motivation through rituals, reporting, and updates
- Lead and coach direct reports and support the leadership team's development
- Set improvement ambitions through process optimization and AI-enabled service delivery
