Anforderungen
- Higher technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Control and Automation, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong experience in gaining new customers and sales management in electric drive technology
- Experience in driving and improving sales performance across the sales chain
- Leading experience and ability to build high performing teams
- In-depth market knowledge in the drive technology industry
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Proactive, ambitious, and persevering with negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain local sales strategy
- Analyze customer needs and monitor competitors
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities with potential customers
- Establish implementation plans for new business initiatives
- Lead and drive talent development within the sales team
- Assist team and customers in finding cost-effective solutions
- Develop competitive proposals and participate in negotiations
- Build reliable customer relationships and ensure excellent support
- Set prices in coordination with manufacturing plants
- Ensure efficient marketing efforts and communicate value propositions
- Plan and conduct customer surveys to enhance satisfaction
- Document activities and follow-ups in Salesforce and internal tools
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and other departments
- Represent ABB Motion Drives portfolio at trade fairs and events
