- •Ensure smooth running of Merchant Operations
- •Manage Merchant Operations, Complaint Management, and Customer Onboarding
- •Define key KPIs for reporting and monitoring
- •Manage the assigned budget to meet targets
- •Develop and drive an annual and multi-year operations strategy
- •Create coherent operations strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- •Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- •Achieve company goals with strong drive and motivation
- •Develop team members' knowledge and expertise for maximum performance
- •Encourage maximum performance and dedication among employees
- •Oversee operations risk and issues
- •Design and implement business strategies and procedures
- •Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- •Analyze and interpret data and metrics for performance standards
- •Oversee daily operations and executive work
- •Write and submit reports to the CEO on important matters
- •Participate in expansion activities and new product implementations
