Anforderungen

  • 10+ years senior marketing leadership experience in Medical Aesthetics, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Dermocosmetics, Beauty/Cosmetics or FMCG, regional or multi market level
  • Deep expertise in brand and portfolio leadership (B2B and B2C) with strong strategic and commercial acumen
  • Successful leadership and development of senior marketing leaders and teams in complex, matrix-driven international organizations
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into action, shaping impactful growth strategies
  • Champion innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement in marketing approaches and processes
  • Embedding AI-enabled capabilities into marketing leadership and ways of working
  • Confident operation in international and multicultural EMEA environments, navigating complexity with clarity, resilience, and solutions-orientation
  • Strong bias for action, ownership, and operational excellence, balancing strategic vision with disciplined execution
  • Collaborative, empowering leadership style, fostering trust, engagement, and positive team culture
  • Executive presence communication in English, building credibility and alignment with senior stakeholders; additional languages are an advantage
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Translate global strategy into regional execution
  • Orchestrate high-performing, multidisciplinary marketing organization
  • Ensure strong alignment and integration across Brand, Communications, and Events
  • Catalyze transformational brand growth and cross-functional collaboration
  • Develop and empower high-performing regional marketing team
  • Foster culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous growth
  • Translate market, customer, and consumer insights into action
  • Leverage trends, competitive dynamics, and research for regional marketing
  • Drive innovation across full portfolio
  • Identify new usage opportunities
  • Champion modern marketing approaches with cross-functional partners
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand stewardship across channels
  • Lead strategy and execution for Merz Aesthetics brand and product portfolio
  • Cultivate strong alignment with global, regional, and local stakeholders
  • Represent EMEA marketing function with credibility and strategic vision
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment of brand, communication, and event activities
  • Proactively partner with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Oversee regional marketing budget
  • Set clear priorities and KPIs
  • Optimize campaigns and activities
  • Enable best-practice sharing across region
  • Contribute to global exchange
  • Lead strategic planning and delivery of high-impact EMEA events
  • Strengthen brand presence, customer engagement, and regional visibility
