Head of HSE NCE(m/w/x)
Safety, health, and environmental policy and oversight for wind energy operations. 10-15 years safety, health, and environmental leadership experience in multi-site, high-risk environments required. Regional leadership scope with multi-site travel.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (CSP, NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor) highly favoured
- 10-15 years HSE leadership experience
- Experience managing regional/multi-site HSE programs
- Experience in high-risk industries (construction, logistics, energy)
- Deep understanding of safety issues/best practices
- Proven management of regional/multi-site HSE programs
- Deep understanding of safety issues/best practices in high-risk industries
- Expertise in implementing major HSE platform
- Sphera experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in creating/instituting HSE strategies
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments
- Proficiency in leading incident investigations
- Proficiency in engaging with regulatory bodies
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Effectiveness in developing/executing safety strategies
- Skill in interpreting safety data
- Skill in evaluating risks
- Skill in crafting data-driven solutions

- Provide HSE oversight across diverse operational areas.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and company standards.
- Establish and reinforce HSE policies and initiatives.
- Establish clear HSE communication channels across sites.
- Engage with key HSE stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate HSE risks.
- Oversee significant HSE incident investigations.
- Analyze safety performance data.
- Identify HSE trends.
- Devise continuous improvement action plans.
- Develop and enforce standardized safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Implement globally aligned HSE training programs.
