Regional OT Lead(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Systems Engineer
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Utility industry
• Experience with offshore wind turbine technology (Siemens Gamesa, Vestas, GE, etc.)
• Familiarity with substation systems, protection relays, or HV equipment
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Operational experience in Protection & Control and SCADA discipline
• Comprehensive knowledge of control systems and integrations
• Strong working knowledge of CIP compliance requirements
• Experience with network layouts, servers, switches, firewalls configurations
• Strong experience in requirement gathering techniques
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to site including offshore
• Willingness to undertake GWO training

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership in SCADA and Operational Technology
• Lead the OT and SCADA Support Team in Europe
• Delegate tasks and monitor team performance
• Enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Drive team professional growth through training programs
• Act as the primary liaison between OT, IT, and operational teams
• Communicate system status and improvement opportunities to management
• Ensure compliance with offshore energy legislation and grid codes
• Oversee installation and maintenance of OT hardware and systems
• Conduct daily system health assessments and troubleshoot outages
• Manage the OT software and technology portfolio
• Maintain accurate asset records for audits and lifecycle management
• Collaborate on R&D initiatives for OT design standards
• Enforce IT/OT security policies and compliance protocols
• Serve as the primary escalation point for OT issues
• Provide hands-on support for offshore operations
