- Build and scale the physical products business for family caregivers
- Define the product portfolio
- Run e-commerce operations
- Build scalable supply and distribution
- Manage P&L responsibility
- Lead commercial development for the Homecare vertical
- Lead operational development for the Homecare vertical
- Own the Homecare Products business
- Define the long-term strategy for the category
- Define the growth roadmap for the category
- Identify high-impact opportunities for family caregivers
- Drive revenue growth
- Optimize margin
- Optimize unit economics
- Develop scalable commercial structures
- Develop scalable operational structures
- Evaluate and onboard MiGeL products
- Evaluate and onboard other relevant homecare supplies
- Identify new product opportunities based on caregiver needs
- Identify new product opportunities based on market demand
- Develop cross-selling opportunities from core business leads
- Lead and grow the Shopify e-commerce business
- Optimize conversion
- Optimize pricing
- Optimize merchandising
- Optimize customer experience
- Manage logistics through external partners
- Manage fulfillment through external partners
- Ensure operational excellence across the supply chain
- Lead a team of 10+ employees
- Develop a team of 10+ employees
- Build the organizational structure to scale the vertical
