Aufgaben
- Transform consumer experience into a competitive advantage
- Drive demand liquidity, conversion quality, and marketplace trust
- Lead a team of Product Managers for consumer and private lister journeys
- Define and execute a product strategy grounded in marketplace dynamics
- Improve demand-side performance metrics
- Partner with commercial leadership to grow the private listers segment
- Design and evolve team topology aligned with strategy
- Establish rigorous OKRs and operating cadence
- Build a high-velocity, insight-driven product culture
- Coach and develop Product Managers into top-tier leaders
- Represent the consumer domain in executive and board discussions
- Directly lead around 5 Product Managers
- Own a critical revenue and growth driver
- Influence cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data, and commercial functions
- Account for defining and prioritizing multi-million CHF investments
