Aufgaben
- Provide enterprise-level leadership across two therapeutic area portfolios
- Set strategic direction for global access, pricing, reimbursement, and value demonstration
- Own and drive global GVAP strategy for both therapeutic areas
- Ensure payer, HTA, patient, and healthcare system perspectives are embedded into asset planning, launch readiness, lifecycle management, and business development assessments
- Steward global pricing policy across relevant portfolios
- Develop differentiated payer value propositions, access narratives, and strategic toolkits
- Lead development of innovative pricing strategies and affordability approaches
- Guide pricing analytics, scenario modeling, price-volume trade-off assessments, and affordability evaluations
- Oversee value demonstration strategy across both portfolios
- Direct HEOR expertise to translate evidence into compelling, payer-facing value stories
- Build and sustain strong cross-functional partnerships with Therapeutic Area leadership, Global Medical Affairs, R&D, New Product Planning, Business Development, Government Affairs and Policy, and regional and local Market Access and Pricing teams
- Represent GVAP perspectives in senior leadership forums, portfolio governance bodies, and external policy discussions
- Ensure access, pricing, and evidence considerations are integrated into decisions
- Lead two high-performing, TA-focused GVAP teams
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusion
- Develop future leaders capable of operating with impact in complex global matrix organizations
