- Ability to drive strategic decisions with senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
- Fluent English

Aufgaben
- Lead the Planning Excellence Center-of-Excellence
- Build and develop a high-performing Planning Excellence team
- Set global standards, governance, and decision rules
- Own the monthly global S&OP/IBP cycle end-to-end
- Ensure reliable inputs, clear trade-offs, and documented executive decisions
- Define global standards for demand forecasting
- Set supply planning standards (capacity constraints, inventory policies, replenishment)
- Act as the business owner for the planning tool roadmap
- Lead the selection, implementation, and adoption of advanced planning systems
- Translate advanced analytics and ML/AI innovations into planning capabilities
- Achieve measurable performance improvements
- Establish a single version of the truth for planning data
- Ensure transparency and alignment across Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams
