- Ensure successful delivery of complex SAP implementation projects worldwide
- Partner with Sales for strategic customer engagements and pre-sales activities
- Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
- Monitor consulting KPIs, utilization, profitability, customer satisfaction, and project health
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation
