- Experience with change management in a regulated environment (strong plus)
- Background in financial services (advantage)
Aufgaben
- Translate company and business goals into engineering priorities, operating models, and outcomes
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data leadership to shape the roadmap, challenge trade-offs, and drive execution
- Own the delivery, quality, reliability, security, and sustainability of your technical ecosystem
- Guide architectural and organizational decisions to improve scalability, maintainability, team autonomy, reduce dependencies, and enable scaling
- Direct, mentor, and inspire Engineering Managers and senior engineers
- Surface risks, remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and represent your area in leadership discussions
- Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, continuous learning, psychological safety, and operational excellence
- Build an environment where high-performing teams thrive
